Clairvest is a private equity firm which specializes in providing equity capital for businesses looking to grow aggressively and we provide equity to assist partnerships, entrepreneurs or family enterprises through successions and business transitions. We are different from most equity investors because we are comfortable with minority (less than 50%) equity ownership. We have been investing in the environmental sector since 2006 having completed 7 equity partnerships.
