Arcwood Environmental owns and operates a RCRA incinerator, RCRA treatment & stabilization facility and a RCRA Subtitle C landfill. Some unique aspects to Arcwood are: We own a rail fleet of Intermodal containers and rail cars to transport larger volumes of contaminated soil, debris, etc. to our facilities. Our landfill is also permitted to accept PCB Remediation waste when the work is authorized under 40 CFR 761.61(a), 761.61(b) or 761.61(c) and we are permitted to accept PCB Bulk Product waste under 40 CFR 761.62.
