We provide technical and permitting services under Federal, State, Regional and local regulations including MEPA, the Water Management Act, New Source Approval Process, Groundwater Discharge Regulations, Wetlands Protection Act, and Watershed Protection Act, and represent our clients before the Cape Cod Commission, Marthaâs Vineyard Commission, local Zoning and Planning Boards and Conservation Commissions. Avalon has been Certified as a Woman Business Enterprise (WBE) since 1998.
