Lighthouse Environmental Management LLC (LEM) and its principal Kevin Francis Gervais’ affiliated companies have been in the environmental business for 15 years. LEM’s primary focus has been on soil re-use, site remediation and brownfield redevelopment. LEM currently operates five soil re-use sites throughout Massachusetts, has completed three brownfield remediation and redevelopments to date, and countless remediations over the last 15 years. During this time period LEM has also successfully relocated and found suitable re-use for over 1,000,000 tons of re-use soil for its clients.
