Located in Rhode Island, since our inception, RMA has been centered around improving the ability of government agencies and design engineers to design safer, more cost-effective, and resilient projects on waterways. RMA provides a full range of technical, analytical, permitting, and design engineering services associated with a wide a variety civil, coastal, and water resources engineering projects.

RMA focuses on the understanding of complex interactions between the riparian and coastal environments with infrastructure and environmental assets (structures, living shoreline, resiliency, habitats, etc); enabling better design and more efficient project delivery. Our analyses maintain the highest quality and engineering standards, aid communication with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders, improve collaboration, and ultimately reduce environmental, regulatory, and engineering impediments to project delivery.
