This coffee hour will bring together EBC’s Connecticut community to discuss their experiences so far with the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection’s Release-Based Cleanup Regulations (RBCRs), which take effect March 1, 2026. Come join the conversation and provide your perspective. Please note: There will be no formal presentations. This is not a lecture or webinar. It’s an open forum conversation. Light moderation only – the discussion is shaped by the attendees. Everyone is encouraged to contribute. EBC Coffee Hours are open to EBC Members only. The intention of the meeting is to provide an opportunity for EBC Members to connect with others and discuss a current issue in the industry.
