During this EBC Water Resources “Coffee Hour”, moderators Bob Melvin with Robinson & Cole LLP, Peter Vetere with Burns & Levinson LLP, and Brian Drollette with Ramboll will facilitate a discussion on the latest developments affecting the Clean Water Act. Topics will include the current status of various SCOTUS decisions impacting the Waters of the United States and practical impacts of those decisions.
