Federal Impacts to the Remediation and Redevelopment Sector – An EBC Coffee Hour

This EBC Site Remediation and Development Committee coffee hour will provide a platform for EBC Members to discuss recent and upcoming federal regulatory changes impacting the sector. Policy changes at the federal level are evolving, and are affecting EBC Members’ compliance strategies, project planning, and liability considerations. Thank you to Michelle O’Brien, EBC Board Member and Partner at Pierce Atwood LLP, for moderating the discussion. There will be no formal presentations – this meeting is intended to be an open discussion. EBC Discussion Meetings are open to EBC Members only. The intention of the meeting is to provide an opportunity for EBC Members to connect with others and discuss a current issue in the industry. Moderation, provided by Renee Bourdeau of Geosyntec Consultants and Christopher Walton of Tighe & Bond, will be light.
