Whether you’ve already taken an extended leave, are currently planning one, or are simply interested in learning from others’ experiences, the Committee welcomes you to participate. Together, attendees will share insights, challenges, and strategies for preparing for a leave and successfully returning to work. The Committee hopes this conversation will foster connection, spark new ideas, and help create more supportive approaches to extended leave experiences for everyone.
