Confidence in the Conference Room! – An EBC Ascending Professionals "Coffee Hour(ish)"

The EBC Ascending Professionals Committee invites all to an informal, open discussion for participants to share and learn from one another. Anyone can be a leader in any capacity – from leading a meeting, to a committee, to a board – but how do you convey confidence?

Over the course of this hour, Cristina Mendoza of Sustainserv and Tiffany Hawco of Eversource will provide light moderation as we discuss the highs and lows of moving up the career ladder and developing into a leader.

During registration, you will be invited to complete an anonymous survey to identify any specific professional experiences or current challenges that you would like your fellow ascending professionals to offer some advice on!
